Do you get the Kraft Food & Family magazine? You used to be able to just request it and it would be a free subscription. Unfortunately, now you have to pay for it, but it's totally worth it, and the subscription is $14. I have gotten some of the greatest recipes from those magazines. Not sure if you're like me, but I tend to make the same tired recipes and am constantly on the lookout for new ones.

A couple of months ago, the issue had a recipe for baked ziti (which my whole family scarfs up!). Last night, I decided to go all "Jessica Seinfeld" on them and sneak veggies in it, because the Sisternator ain't about no veggies (for a while, we thought she was on the Atkins diet or something because about all she'd eat was meat & cheese...). Back to the ziti-- I snagged some frozen veggies a couple of weeks ago at Publix when they were BOGO and I had a $1 off coupon, so I went out on a limb and got some chopped spinach. I nuked the spinach last night and put about 1/4 of the bag in the ziti. Shazam! That stuff was good and the kids still gobbled it up. Chalk one up for the veggie fairy. :)

Here's the recipe from Kraft:
4 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
1 jar (26 oz) marinara sauce
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained (I omitted this)
6 oz (3/4 of 8 oz pkg) cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
* I add half a pound to a pound of cooked ground beef, also

heat oven to 375
cook pasta in large saucepan - remove from pan - drain
add marinara sauce, tomatoes and cream cheese to same pan - cook on med heat 5 min or until mixture is well blended
return pasta to pan - mix well
the "official recipe" says "layer half the pasta mixture in 13x9 dish cover with layers of sour crm, 1 cup moz cheese and remaining pasta mixture - top with remaining moz and parmsn cheese"... I put everything in the pan, stirred it up, dumped it all in a sprayed 9x13, topped it with the moz cheese & called it a day.

bake 20 minutes or until heated throughout & cheese is melted

Can be refrigerated up to 8 hrs before baking - increase cooking time to 30 - 35 min.
