Response from Kroger

A few days ago, I told you about the change in Kroger's coupon policy in the Houston, TX market. I sent an email to Kroger and wanted to share the response I got from them. Not sure what's coming for you in April, Houston, but hopefully it will be good-- whatever it is! :)

Thank you for contacting The Kroger Co.  Thank you for your message. We appreciate your patronage and feedback.  Alongside the discontinuation of the double triple coupon program in Houston, TX, Kroger will launch a new savings program that will allow families to save even more.  More details will be released closer to the April 13th launch. At this time, we have no information that any other areas will be affected by this change.  Customer satisfaction is our goal and we value your input.  Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.  Please do not hesitate to contact us at 800.576.4377 if you have further comments or concerns.

The lesson here is when you're upset about something, contact the company (or owner, if that's the case) and let them know! They can't help you if you don't make your voice heard. Happy Thursday, everybody!
